Reformer Pilates

Our signature class, designed for all levels - especially beginners. Expect a mix of strength, stretch and control using the reformer bed. We’ll guide you through the foundations, so you can feel confident, capable and strong. No experience needed, just come as you are.

Build Pilates

Ready to level up? Build is our progressive reformer class for movers who want more challenge, more strength, more cardio and more focus. Each week targets a different element - whether it's control, coordination or power - to keep your body guessing and growing.
